Assignment Overview:

Students will complete a proposal that includes: a cover page, a table of contents, an introduction, a statement of purpose, a discussion of the importance, a literature review*, a description of the intended activities, a plan for monitoring and assessing success, a budget, and a conclusion. Students should plan to submit this proposal to their school, their school division, or their community as a plan for implementing change. It should be approximately 20 pages in length not including references.

*The literature review (3-5 pages) should be written in a style that would allow it to be pulled out and distributed like an article about the topic or shared with the BU Graduate Students Journal for publication.
